Redon high temperature protective coating is based on alumina fiber and refractory filler as the main components of slurry paste, using manual coating or mechanical spraying on the surface of refractory materials, can significantly improve the high temperature resistance and wind erosion resistance of refractory lining.
High temperature protective coating has been widely used in high temperature, high wind speed thermal environment, is the aluminum carbon industry fire channel wall, the ideal protective material and quick repair material. Compared with traditional repair materials such as refractory cement, this product has longer service life, more economical and more energy saving.
· The protective coatings are packed in plastic drums or round iron drums, which are usually supplied in wet ready-to-use drums, and the standard packaging is 25kg/ drum;
· The product is ready to be opened in the barrel and can be used for construction by hand daubing, positive pressure pump or diaphragm pump with nozzle. After high temperature spray is applied to the application surface by a nozzle with air pressure, the surface can be smoothed using a wiper.
