Redon zirconia fiber Shaped Parts is made of yttrium oxide stabilized zirconia fiber by special process, does not exist phase changes. This type of product is treated with ultra-high temperature, and can still maintain dimensional stability at 2000 ºC or even 2200 ºC. Zirconia fiber high temperature vapor pressure is small, no volatiles at high temperature, clean, pollution-free.

Redon zirconia fiber profile parts can be processed into various shapes and sizes according to customer requirements. Commonly used density between 1.0g/ CM³-2.0g /cm³, can be produced according to customer requirements. The volume weight is consistent, the surface is smooth and flat, does not drop powder, no gap, low shrinkage.
