Redon zirconia fiber paper is a kind of high temperature resistant flexible fiber products. Zirconia fiber paper is made from ultrafine zirconia fiber cotton by special paper machine. Redon zirconia fiber paper is high temperature resistant, non-combustible in case of fire, smokeless, also known as "flame retardant insulation paper" or "smokeless insulation paper" "ultra-thin refractory paper", its low thermal conductivity, low vacuum discharge rate, good uniformity, wide range of operating temperature application.

Redon zirconia fiber paper is made of yttrium stabilized zirconia to square + cubic polycrystalline refractory fiber products, melting point more than 2700ºC. The product has been sintered at ultra-high temperature and has good dimensional stability at high temperature, which can be used in high temperature environment of 1200ºC. There may be discoloration in high temperature vacuum or other atmosphere, which does not affect the insulation effect.

Good corrosion resistance. Zirconia fiber paper can withstand the corrosion of molten acid, alkali and salt below 700ºC.

Yttrium is stable and no destructive physical phase transition occurs at high temperatures.
 

Application


As ultra-high temperature thermal protection material and ceramic matrix composite reinforcement material, it is used in aerospace and other national defense ,atomic energy and other key technical fields.

Space solar cell diaphragm, alkaline battery diaphragm, than commonly used asbestos paper, fiberglass paper and nylon diaphragm performance is superior, long life.

Liquid hydrogen, liquid oxygen and other flammable and combustion-supporting media ultra-low temperature storage, pipeline storage and transportation safety protection.

As a high temperature filtration material and high temperature reaction catalyst carrier, etc., for the filtration of liquids at high temperatures, as well as the synthesis or cracking catalysis of high temperature chemical reactions.
