Product features:
1.Low thermal conductivity, with good thermal insulation effect;
2. Low hot melt, due to low thermal conductivity, mullite series light heat insulation bricks accumulate little heat energy, energy saving effect is obvious in intermittent operation;
3. Low impurity content with very low iron box alkali metal oxide content, therefore, high refractoriness; High aluminum content makes it maintain good performance in reducing atmosphere;
4. Hot state high compressive strength, high refractoriness, up to 1790ºC or more. Load softening starting temperature 1450-1600ºC. Compressive strength 2-6MPa at room temperature. Good thermal shock resistance;
5. Appearance size, speed up the masonry speed, reduce the use of refractory mud, ensure the strength and stability of the masonry, thus extending the life of the lining;
