At present, zirconia fiber is the only lightweight refractory fiber material that can meet the long-term use of high temperature oxidation atmosphere above 1500ºC. It exists in the form of loose cotton. Zirconia fiber board is processed from zirconia fiber loose cotton.
Redon zirconia fiber products are tetragonal/cubic/monoclinic polycrystalline refractory fiber materials made of yttrium stabilized zirconia, with a melting point of more than 2700ºC. The product after ultra-high temperature sintering, 1800ºC dimensional stability is good, can be used in 2200ºC high temperature environment.
Redon zirconia fiber board has different density of multi-specification products, with different strength and thermal conductivity, can be used in high temperature oxidation atmosphere, high temperature vacuum or other atmosphere will have discoloration phenomenon, does not affect the insulation effect.
