Product features:
1. Refractoriness: The refractoriness of clay firebrick depends on its chemical composition and impurity content. From his physical and chemical indicators, it can be seen that the higher the Al2O3 content, the higher the corresponding liquidus temperature. Generally, the refractoriness of clay firebricks is 1580-1750 ° C. The higher the Al2O3 content of high aluminum bricks, the higher the corresponding liquidus temperature.
2. Load softening temperature: Because the clay firebrick appears liquidus at a lower temperature and begins to soften, if the external force will be deformed, the load softening temperature of the clay firebrick is much lower than the refractoriness, only 1350ºC.
3. Slag resistance: clay refractory bricks are neutral to acidic refractory bricks, so the resistance of clay refractory bricks to alkaline slag erosion is slightly worse.
4. Thermal shock: the thermal expansion coefficient of clay firebrick is small, the thermal shock resistance is good, and the number of water cooling at 850 ° C is generally 10-15 times.
